Moreland Courts occupies nearly the entire north side of Shaker Boulevard, from Coventry Road westward all the way to Shaker Square. This makes living convenient and enjoyable. Because it is so close to the shopping and entertainment areas on both Shaker Square and Larchmere Blvd, as well as the natural area around Shaker Lakes, Moreland Courts has one of the highest "walkability" scores in Cleveland and its surrounding suburbs.

Moreland Courts is set adjacent to Shaker Square, the second oldest shopping district in the nation. You can drive
from DuPont Circle in Washington D.C. to Hyde Park in Chicago and not see another area with its grace
and charm. Living next to Shaker Square means that residents can buy groceries, bank, dine, visit the drug store, be entertained, and more -- all without getting into a car.
Shaker Square was finished in 1929, designed after European Central markets,
most notably Amalienborg Square in Copenhagen. Its Georgian architecture still
thrills, and it, like its neighbor Moreland Courts, is listed on the National
Register of Historic Places.

One block north of Shaker Square is Larchmere Boulevard, which is home to a remarkable collection of art, antique and auction galleries, shops, restaurants and more.
